Official pre-launch claim: Steam describes over 200 character customization options.
What The Claim Does And Does Not Prove
The storefront claim is useful for launch preparation, but it does not yet tell players how those options are distributed across face, body, hair, voice, color, presets or post-creation editing. It also does not prove whether every option is available to every account, whether some cosmetics are founder bonuses, or whether appearance changes can be edited freely after character creation.
What To Track At Launch
- Body, face, hair and color option categories.
- Whether any appearance options are tied to Founder Pack items or shop purchases.
- Character creation limits such as name rules and slot count.
- Cosmetic availability by edition and region.
- Whether saved presets, randomization and post-creation edits exist in the Global client.
