The October 14 patch notes and transfer notices do not prove that every realm is currently reachable. Check the launcher and the official news feed for a current incident.

Server Transfers
Official transfers opened after the October 13/14 maintenance for Early Access servers; Launch server transfers are scheduled for the October 20/21 to October 27/28 maintenance cycle. Purchase hours vary by region, and transfer capacity can close early for a source or destination server. A full transfer slot is not proof that the game server is down. Check the official transfer Q&A and limits notice before applying.

Regions And Queues
The official Global service covers Europe, NA East, NA West and Latin America in recent notices. Queue conditions can change quickly, so an official online notice does not prove every realm is queue-free.
