What The 100 GB Requirement Means
The listed storage requirement should be treated as the minimum free space to reserve before the client is available. Launch downloads can also need temporary patching room, so players with a nearly full drive should clear additional space rather than stopping at exactly 100 GB. If the Steam client later publishes a preload window, this page should record the date, region and source before calling it confirmed.

- Use an SSD where possible because the storefront recommends it.
- Update GPU drivers and Windows before launch day.
